Founded in 1989, SENTRE is a vertically integrated real estate investment management firm headquartered in San Diego, California, with extensive experience in industrial, office, retail, and multi-family properties. SENTRE has acquired, developed, and/or operated projects throughout the Western United States, with experience totaling more than 12 million square feet and $4.6 billion in transactional volume. SENTRE also co-founded Vesta (NYSE: VTMX), a publicly traded industrial real estate company operating in Mexico, with a portfolio of over 45 million square feet valued at $4.2 billion (as of 3/31/2026).

Stephanie McKinney, Project Manager, is responsible for executing strategic projects related to risk management and development across SENTRE’s portfolio.

Prior to joining SENTRE, Stephanie worked with Equity Office Properties and McCarthy Cook, where she managed diverse commercial real estate portfolios and oversaw property operations, client service, and asset management. Stephanie has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, spanning property management, asset management, leasing, operations, and investment as well as principal and managing member positions in multiple real estate investment ventures.

Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Lehigh University and holds Professional Certificates in Real Estate and Urban Planning and Development from the University of California, San Diego. She holds the BOMA Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designation and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Stephanie lives in La Jolla and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
