Founded in 1989, SENTRE is a vertically integrated real estate investment management firm headquartered in San Diego, California, with extensive experience in industrial, office, retail, and multi-family properties. SENTRE has acquired, developed, and/or operated projects throughout the Western United States, with experience totaling more than 12 million square feet and $4.6 billion in transactional volume. SENTRE also co-founded Vesta (NYSE: VTMX), a publicly traded industrial real estate company operating in Mexico, with a portfolio of over 45 million square feet valued at $4.4 billion (as of 6/30/2026).

Emily Urner is Manager, Operations at SENTRE, where she supports portfolio operations and cross-functional coordination across the firm’s vertically integrated platform. In her role in brand and marketing, Emily leads the execution of marketing initiatives, overseeing social media, digital platforms, and property and corporate collateral to ensure SENTRE’s brand is represented consistently and effectively across every touchpoint.

Emily earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Business Administration from the University of San Diego, with a minor in Entrepreneurial Studies. During her time at USD, she served as Vice President of Marketing for the Real Estate Society and remains actively engaged with the Burnham Moores Center for Real Estate through its mentorship program.

Emily is currently a member of CREW San Diego and CREDA’s Developing Leaders program, reflecting her commitment to professional growth, industry engagement, and continued involvement in the commercial real estate community in San Diego and beyond.

A California native, Emily resides in San Diego where she enjoys spending time hiking, rock climbing, and running at the beach.
