Founded in 1989, SENTRE is a vertically integrated real estate investment management firm headquartered in San Diego, California, with extensive experience in industrial, office, retail, and multi-family properties. SENTRE has acquired, developed, and/or operated projects throughout the Western United States, with experience totaling more than 12 million square feet and $4.6 billion in transactional volume. SENTRE also co-founded Vesta (NYSE: VTMX), a publicly traded industrial real estate company operating in Mexico, with a portfolio of over 45 million square feet valued at $4.2 billion (as of 3/31/2026).

Pablo Bolaños Cacho Prida is Director of Finance at SENTRE. He is responsible for overseeing investor relations, and advancing SENTRE’s capital markets strategy and equity fundraising initiatives.

Pablo is a seasoned finance leader whose career spans two of Latin America’s most iconic companies. At Grupo Bimbo — the world’s largest bakery company — he served as Global Corporate Finance and Banking Relations Director, where he led the arrangement of US$400 million in debt financing across multiple facility agreements and spearheaded the design and launch of a US$250 million commercial paper program that reduced the company’s cost of debt and diversified its institutional investor base. Prior to that, at Bio Pappel — a leading paper manufacturer in North America — he served as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, where he spearheaded a US$400 million debt refinancing, co-led the US$200 million cross-border acquisition of Midwest Paper Group in Wisconsin, and played a central role in the company’s successful delisting from the Mexican Stock Exchange through a US$70 million tender offer.

Pablo earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a Finance major from the University of San Diego and completed a summer program at Harvard University in International Corporate Finance and International Business Law in Venice, Italy.

A dual citizen of Mexico and Spain, Pablo grew up in San Diego before building an international career in Mexico City. Now back home in San Diego, he brings to SENTRE a global perspective, deep capital markets expertise, and a proven ability to translate financial strategy into real impact.

Pablo and his wife, Romina, have two daughters.
