Lisa Ripley

Director, Brand & Culture

Lisa, Director of Brand & Culture for SENTRE, oversees initiatives in brand standards and execution, training, marketing, and project development merging vision, values, strategy and design.  While currently leading the strategic operations for the multi-family platform, she oversees the Living portfolio.  Lisa is currently a CPM candidate with the Institute for Real Estate Management.

While attending Arizona State University, Lisa studied Social Psychology and was a fitness instructor.  Prior to joining SENTRE in 2013, Lisa was a lead designer and marketing director for an award-winning custom home building company she co-owned as well as a partner in a residential mortgage brokerage where she was responsible for business development.

While raising two boys active in sports, Lisa has presided over many community fundraising programs and has participated in numerous Habitat for Humanity projects with her husband Tom.
