Founded in 1989, SENTRE is a vertically integrated real estate investment management firm headquartered in San Diego, California, with extensive experience in industrial, office, retail, and multi-family properties. SENTRE has acquired, developed, and/or operated projects throughout the Western United States, with experience totaling more than 12 million square feet and $4.6 billion in transactional volume. SENTRE also co-founded Vesta (NYSE: VTMX), a publicly traded industrial real estate company operating in Mexico, with a portfolio of over 43 million square feet valued at $3.9 billion.

Jennifer Gattey, Senior Real Estate Manager at SENTRE, manages the day-to-day operations of the commercial portfolio. Jennifer joined SENTRE in 2021 and has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience.

Prior to joining SENTRE, Jennifer was the General Manager of Horton Plaza, overseeing the daily operations and worked closely with the development team as the iconic property was transformed from a retail mall to a tech office hub.  Prior to Horton Plaza, she was with the Irvine Company for 15 years, managing Class A high rises.

Jennifer graduated with a Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.  She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of California.  Jennifer participates in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and has been a board member of the Downtown Community Planning Council, Downtown Partnership’s Clean & Safe board and Treasurer of the Horton Plaza Theatre Board foundation for the Lyceum.

Jennifer lives in San Diego and has two children.
