Jack Marshall, Chief Operating Officer at SENTRE, is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of the firm’s strategic vision across the vertically integrated operating platform and overseeing management, leasing, and development activities for SENTRE’s investment portfolio. He also sits on SENTRE’s Executive, Investment, Debt & Equity, and People committees.
Jack graduated from Harvard University’s AMDP Executive Education program, and received both his MBA, with concentrations in investment finance and real estate, and undergraduate bachelor’s degree in economics at Southern Methodist University.
Jack sits on the Board of Directors for NAIOP San Diego’s chapter and is an advisory board member at Southern Methodist University’s Folsom Institute for Real Estate in Dallas, TX. Additionally, he actively participates in the community as a mentor in both NAIOP’s Developing Leaders program and the University of San Diego’s MSRE graduate program. Jack recently joined the Young Presidents’ Organization’s Key Associate national forum program and was named as one of San Diego Business Journal’s Top 40 Business Leaders Under 40 in 2025.
Prior to a career in commercial real estate, Jack worked in baseball operations for the Boston Red Sox and then player development for the New York Yankees.
Jack and his wife, Katie, are both San Diego natives and have two young daughters.
