Jack Marshall, Chief Operating Officer at SENTRE, is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of the firm’s strategic vision across the vertically integrated operating platform and overseeing management, leasing, and development activities for SENTRE’s investment portfolio. He also sits on SENTRE’s Investment and Debt & Equity committees.
Jack previously worked for EB Arrow in Dallas, TX, where he was Vice President, Asset Management and responsible for their nearly 2M SF West Coast retail and mixed-use portfolio. Jack began his commercial real estate career in office brokerage in Dallas.
Jack is scheduled to graduate from Harvard University’s AMDP Executive Education program in July 2025, and received both his MBA, with concentrations in investment finance and real estate, and undergraduate bachelor’s degree in economics at Southern Methodist University.
Jack sits on the Board of Directors for NAIOP San Diego’s chapter and is an advisory board member at Southern Methodist University’s Folsom Institute for Real Estate in Dallas, TX. Additionally, he actively participates in the community as a mentor in both NAIOP’s Developing Leaders program and the University of San Diego’s MSRE graduate program.
Prior to a career in commercial real estate, Jack worked in baseball operations for the Boston Red Sox and then player development for the New York Yankees.
Jack and his wife, Katie, are both San Diego natives and have two young daughters.
