Founded in 1989, SENTRE is a vertically integrated real estate investment management firm headquartered in San Diego, California, with extensive experience in industrial, office, retail, and multi-family properties. SENTRE has acquired, developed, and/or operated projects throughout the Western United States, with experience totaling more than 12 million square feet and $4.6 billion in transactional volume. SENTRE also co-founded Vesta (NYSE: VTMX), a publicly traded industrial real estate company operating in Mexico, with a portfolio of over 43 million square feet valued at $3.9 billion.

Veronica Hastings serves as Manager, People & Culture, where she leads initiatives that support SENTRE’s team and operating platform. Working alongside leadership and external partners, she helps cultivate an environment grounded in accountability and engagement. She also supports team training, social initiatives, and giveback programs that reflect SENTRE’s values and long-term commitment to its people.

She began her career with SENTRE eight years ago as a Community Manager within the firm’s Living portfolio. She is a San Diego native and graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Liberal Studies. Veronica and her husband, Matt, have two children.
