Eric Bartlett, Manager of Investments, is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions – executing on SENTRE’s investment strategy across major West Coast markets. He also leads the investment team’s leasing efforts for the industrial, retail and office portfolio.

Prior to joining SENTRE, Eric worked with ShopCore Properties (Blackstone Affiliate) in Asset Management, where he managed a 24-asset portfolio in the Western United States consisting of primarily grocery anchored shopping centers as well as industrial and office properties. Eric started his commercial real estate career at Realty Income (NYSE: O), one of the world’s largest publicly traded real estate investment trusts, where he worked in various roles from Leasing to Investment Sales. Prior to a career in commercial real estate, he worked at U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB) in Investment Management, where he managed a $1 billion portfolio of equities, fixed income and alternative investments.

Eric earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of California and member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).

Eric lives in Little Italy – Downtown San Diego and enjoys spending time with his family.
