Founded in 1989, SENTRE is a vertically integrated real estate investment management firm headquartered in San Diego, California, with extensive experience in industrial, office, retail, and multi-family properties. SENTRE has acquired, developed, and/or operated projects throughout the Western United States, with experience totaling more than 12 million square feet and $4.6 billion in transactional volume. SENTRE also co-founded Vesta (NYSE: VTMX), a publicly traded industrial real estate company operating in Mexico, with a portfolio of over 43 million square feet valued at $3.9 billion.

Monique Wibier, Portfolio Manager, Living at SENTRE, manages the day-to-day operations of the SENTRE Living portfolio. Monique joined the firm in 2018 and has over 15 years of multifamily property management experience.

Prior to SENTRE, Monique worked for Bayview Property Management where she assisted with the operations of a 600-unit luxury community in La Jolla.

Monique is a graduate of San Diego State University, with a BA in Multimedia Arts. Monique is a San Diego native and enjoys being outdoors, catching live music, and spending time with family.
