Founded in 1989, SENTRE is a vertically integrated real estate investment management firm headquartered in San Diego, California, with extensive experience in industrial, office, retail, and multi-family properties. SENTRE has acquired, developed, and/or operated projects throughout the Western United States, with experience totaling more than 12 million square feet and $4.6 billion in transactional volume. SENTRE also co-founded Vesta (NYSE: VTMX), a publicly traded industrial real estate company operating in Mexico, with a portfolio of over 43 million square feet valued at $3.9 billion.

Ann Johnson, Senior Real Estate Manager at SENTRE, manages the day-to-day operations at Lakeshore, the firm’s largest single asset in Irvine, CA, and is influential in the design and development of the firm’s property management training and best practices.  Ann rejoined SENTRE in September 2004, and has over 25 years of real estate management experience, including office, industrial and retail properties.

Prior to SENTRE, Ann worked for Pardee Construction Company in San Diego, where she was responsible for office and retail property management and leasing.  Prior to her position at Pardee, she was a Leasing Agent with Grubb and Ellis Commercial Real Estate in Carlsbad.

Ann graduated from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Computer Information Systems.  She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of California.  Ann is an active member with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where she holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation and participates in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Ann lives in the Tustin Ranch community and has two grown daughters.
