Jake DuCharme is a Senior Investment Associate at SENTRE, responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions across industrial, multifamily, retail, and office property types. He plays a key role in driving the firm’s expansion across major Western U.S. markets — including Southern California, Phoenix, and Dallas — while supporting broader strategic growth initiatives.

Jake earned his degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from San Diego State University. He remains actively involved with SDSU’s real estate program as a board member of The Corky McMillin Center for Real Estate, where he regularly contributes market insights and mentors students.

He is a Developing Leader with NAIOP San Diego and a Young Leader with the Urban Land Institute’s San Diego–Tijuana Chapter, reflecting his deep commitment to industry engagement and community advancement.

Jake actively volunteers with Life Rolls On, a nonprofit that empowers individuals with disabilities through surfing, skating, and fishing, as well as the Lucky Duck Foundation, which supports and activates initiatives aimed at alleviating homelessness across San Diego County.

A Point Loma native, Jake continues to reside in the area. He enjoys outrigger canoeing, surfing, diving, fishing, listening to live music, exploring the outdoors, and catching Padres games at Petco Park.
