Jack Marshall, Chief Operating Officer at SENTRE, joined the firm in March 2021.  He is responsible for leading the execution of the firm’s strategic vision across the vertically integrated operating platform and overseeing the management of SENTRE’s investment portfolio.

Jack previously worked for EB Arrow in Dallas, TX, where he was Vice President, Asset Management and responsible for their nearly 2M SF West Coast retail and mixed-use portfolio.  His experience at EBA included the execution of more than $300M in financing and transactional activity, and pursuing entitlements for a 16.5-acre mixed-use development (multifamily / retail / hotel) in Burbank, CA.  Jack began his commercial real estate career in office brokerage with a focus on tenant representation in Dallas’s 15M SF Uptown submarket, sourcing new business and managing his clients from origination to lease execution.

Jack received his bachelor’s degree in economics and later his MBA with concentrations in investment finance and real estate at Southern Methodist University.  He is an active member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), where he serves as a Developing Leader Liaison and Leadership Council Board Member, and also participates in the University of San Diego’s MSRE Mentorship Program.  Prior to a career in commercial real estate, Jack worked in baseball operations for the Boston Red Sox and then player development for the New York Yankees.

Jack and his wife Katie, both San Diego natives with strong ties to the local community, have two young daughters.
