Bonita Point is a 59,000 square foot grocery and drug anchored neighborhood shopping center highlighted by the tenancy of Rite Aid, Starbucks, Wells Fargo, Chipotle and shadow anchored by grocery store, Ralphs. The center is situated in a highly desirable trade area with 29,000 residents in a 1-mile radius with average annual incomes of $105,000.
Mercado San Marcos is a recently repositioned 96,000 square foot essential needs grocery and discount shopping center located in San Marcos, a submarket of San Diego County which includes national credit tenant roster of 99cent Only, dd’s Discount (Ross), Grocery Outlet, AutoZone and Western Dental.

From 1996 to 2006 we acquired, repositioned and exited 4 prominent Downtown San Diego high rise office buildings along the coveted Broadway corridor for a total of over $1B+ of transactional volume and an average 29.07% IRR and 2.57x multiple on invested capital (MOIC). Our long term partnership, now 3 decades strong, continues with General Electric Pension Trust today.
Going Global with VESTA
In 1998, SENTRE co-founded Vesta, a leading publicly traded industrial real estate company operating in Mexico with a portfolio of over 30 million square feet valued in excess of $2B. This global partnership is a prime example of our commitment to pursuing strategic and opportunistic investments around the world.
