Matthew Belshin, CCIM shares responsibility for transactional
services and oversees the management and leasing team responsible for a suburban portfolio of approx. 2 million
square feet of class A office, multi-tenant industrial and flex space. Prior to joining SENTRE, Matt founded
Triton Group, Inc. which invested in both real estate and start up ventures while taking an active role in management.
He also spent 4 years with Trammell Crow Company in
San Diego, the nation's largest commercial development company.
In 2004, Matt was recognized for "CCIM transaction of the year" in San Diego for the sale of a complex
industrial portfolio sale.
Matt is a graduate of University of California, San Diego
and the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. He is
a licensed real estate broker in California and received his CCIM designation in 2002.
Matt is currently serving as the 2006 San Diego Chapter of the CCIM
Institute. He is an active member of the UCSD Athletic Board and very involved in the
Del Mar School District having initiated
and assisted with numerous fundraisers including the first annual "Powerwalk" for PE which has raised over $200k
to support physical education programs for elementary schools. He is also active on the Honor Council for the YMCA
Adventure programs for North County San Diego. Matt and his wife Karey have three children.
