John Brand is a Partner and Co-Director of the Management Services Division, and oversees all land use entitlement matters.  John has over 25 years of real estate experience, having assisted in the the acquisition and development of over 3,000 residential units and over 150 acres of industrial land in San Diego County.  Prior to joining SENTRE, John spent 10 years in San Diego with the Rick Engineering Company and The John D. Lusk Company.

John is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a degree in City & Regional Planning from the School of Architecture and Environmental Design. He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of California.  John is a member of the American Planning Association, and has received their American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) designation.

John is a 4th generation San Diegan active in the San Diego community, serving on the Mira Mesa Community Planning Group.  John and his wife Diana have three children.
